This
six day OCN Certificate course in Mediation in the Workplace comes
in two units of 3 days each and gives excellent professional,
vocational skills training for people to be workplace mediators
or to integrate the skills into their present work role. It is
the UK standard for those wishing to carry out workplace mediations
and is nationally accredited and validated by the Open College
Network (OCN).

Units
1 & 2 need to be completed to receive the Certificate. It
is better to do Units 1 & 2 together (i.e. on consecutive
months), but if this is not possible then you can do them instead
on different dates, or in different locations, as long as Unit
1 is completed before Unit 2. (If you are part of an organisation
and wish to book 3 or more places for your staff, we will give
you a 15% discount- just submit the booking form below for each
person)
